These Terms govern access to and use of the PVLink platform for service process management.
2. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with law and internal policies.
3. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
4. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and platform materials remain the property of PVLink or its licensors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PVLink is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime caused by external factors.

Niniejszy regulamin okresla zasady dostepu i korzystania z platformy PVLink do zarzadzania procesem serwisowym.
2. Obowiazki uzytkownika
Uzytkownik zobowiazuje sie podawac prawdziwe dane, chronic dane dostepowe oraz korzystac z uslugi zgodnie z prawem i zasadami organizacji.
3. Dostepnosc
Dokladamy staran, aby zapewnic ciaglosc dzialania, ale nie gwarantujemy nieprzerwanej dostepnosci uslugi.
4. Wlasnosc intelektualna
Oprogramowanie, oznaczenia i materialy platformy pozostaja wlasnoscia PVLink lub podmiotow udzielajacych licencji.
5. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialnosci
W zakresie dopuszczonym przez prawo PVLink nie odpowiada za szkody posrednie, utracone korzysci ani przerwy spowodowane czynnikami zewnetrznymi.
